Candice’s hospitality journey began managing fine-dining hotel restaurants in South Africa and later she moved into group reservations and events, managing large corporate incentive groups in top 5 star hotels.
In 2009 Candice had the opportunity to apply her rounded knowledge of the industry into a recruitment role and so started a successful career recruiting permanent management personnel for hotels, focusing on the luxury sector and restaurants.
Candice has recruited in various hospitality sectors in the UK since 2016, and having recently relocated to Kenya, is excited to further develop Cartwheel’s relationships within hotels and resorts across Africa and the Middle East recruiting operational, chef and administrative roles.
