As Wedding and Events Operations Supervisor, you will be in a place in your career where you want a great leader who will train and develop you in becoming a wedding and events venue manager. You will be hungry and driven for development and in return, you will be learning from an incredible leader within the wedding and events industry who will train, guide and develop you in progressing in being her number two.
This is such an exciting opportunity to be joining the company who deliver on average 160 + weddings a year. On top of this, they have a wide variety of events throughout the week.
The team are an incredibly friendly bunch and they have a work family environment. Everyone looks out for each other and helps each other. You will have two days off per week and will not be working silly hours each day. They tend to have early and late shifts, which will be split between you and the managers. They very much believe in a work life balance.
The starting salary is £30,000 plus the opportunity to grow!
