Job Description
We are seeking a talented Telemarketer to join one of the UK’s most exciting Contract Catering Companies. A mutli-award winning team of real foodies who are dynamic and operate across the B&I, Education and events sectors.
Telemarketer basic salary: Dependent on experience, circa £30,000 – £35,000
Telemarketer location: Fully remote with the occasional office visit to Bristol
Telemarketer key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
- Introduce the company’s services and solutions, highlighting key benefits and competitive advantages
- Quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities using the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and campaigns
Telemarketer requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the contract catering or food service industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident demeanour
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Motivated self-starter with a results-orientated mindset
