Job Description
Our client, an artificial intelligence self-checkout solution is seeking a Telemarketer to join their dynamic and innovative team. Committed to delivering an outstanding product to be used across the hospitality, contract catering and FM sectors.
As a telemarketer you will play a key role in driving the sales efforts through effective communication and relationship building over the phone. You will be responsible for promoting the product, generating leads, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Basic salary: circa £30,000 plus commission
Location: In the first few weeks/months you will be based in the office near High Wycombe and will then work from home.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to the product and identifying their needs.
- Present and explain the features and benefits addressing any questions or concerns.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure a seamless transition of leads from initial contact to the sales process.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or a similar sales role.
- Experience selling into the world of Contract Catering, FM or Hospitality would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively handle objections and adapt to different customer personalities.
- Goal orientated mind set.
