Job Description
Our client is currently looking for a Sous Chef within one of the most prestigious contract catering units based in the heart of the City of London
This role is working Monday to Friday straight day shifts 7am-3;30pm.
As the Sous Chef you will be working in a busy site catering for a discerning audience providing services in the retail staff restaurant.
The Sous Chef will have excellent presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and bags of enthusiasm.
Previous Senior CDP/Junior Sous experience is viatl as its a large busy site catering for around 1500 employees with a kitchen team of ten.
You will Be:
* Passionate about food and great service
* Innovative and creative
* Need to be driven by excellence
* Ideally have NVQ level 1 and 2 in Professional cookery
* Demonstrate great attention to detail
* Have good Health & Safety knowledge
Hours are Monday to Friday straight day shifts but flexibility is required to meet the business requirements..
