Sous Chef, £40k+ £3k bonus,
Our client is recruiting for a Sous to work in a very established private members club. Offering a wide variety of cooking including the brasserie, events and fine dining restaurants. Progression is a real opportunity for this sous chef.
Working mainly Monday to Friday with the odd Saturday and generally closed on a Sunday.
We expect the sous chef to deliver a high standard of food at all times. As the sous chef you will be working closely with the head chef developing the cdps’ & Demi & Commis Chefs etc
sous chef works a 48 hour working week

Ideally you will:
Demonstrable experience working as a sous chef in a 5* establishment (or similar)
Experience and desire to cook different styles of cuisine
Level 2 Food Hygiene certified
Have a passion for cooking and possess the desire to deliver exceptional service
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to run an effective team
