Senior Operations Manager Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor & develop two Operations Managers and a team of General Managers
* Oversee large, high-profile City sites with dynamic business needs
* Shape & execute operational strategy in a competitive market
* Work closely with the Regional MD on financial reporting & commercial performance
* Build & maintain strong client relationships
* Ensure top-tier service & fresh food excellence
Senior Operations Manager Requirements:
* Senior Operations experience in B&I contract catering
* A passion for fresh food & service excellence
* A hands-on, people-focused leadership style
* Strong financial & reporting skills
* Ability to think commercially & solve problems on the go
* A Central London base and flexibility to travel across the City
