The stunning surrounding offers a variety of cafes, a foodhall, alfresco event dining and an upmarket restaurant and the Senior Operations Manager will have the following key responsibilities:
- Conducting regular feedback sessions with clients and customers to ensure we exceed their culinary expectations.
- Overseeing account management to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills, including interaction at the board level.
- Managing allocated budgets, forecasting, and business planning.
