Job Description
Seeking a Senior Event Planner to join a fast paced and exhilarating large-scale events venue in London.
As Event Planner, you will be part of a large events planning team who are passionate, positive and confident bright people. You will be the principal point of contact between the client and the operations team, planning and organising the event catering, timings and logistics for small to large-scale events.
The Event Planner will be the main point of contact for the client in the lead up to the event and you will be in contact with the client during the ‘Live’ event. Communicating on the day between the client and the operations team with updates who will deliver the service for the event.
You will have past experience in the planning and organising of events and have an understanding of how the logistics work operationally. You must be able to take the lead and guide the client, making suitable catering suggestions that will logistically work in the service delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Events Coordinator, Events Executive or Event Planner who wants to move into a large-scale events venue. Please note this role does require a lot of administration and deadlines will need to be met.
Basic salary is up to £32,000 with a huge list of benefits and opportunities to develop yourself.
