As the Sales Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in showcasing the unique offerings to clients and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Sales Office Manager basic salary: Circa £32,000 with room for negotiation

As the Sales Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales office team of 6 and driving revenue through proactive office sales efforts and client relationship management.
Sales Office Manager duties will include:
- Cultivating relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding agencies, travel agencies, and other industry partners to generate and secure bookings.
- Conducting site visits with prospective clients to showcase the hotel and secure bookings.
- Managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and following up on enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing regular reports and updates on sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
- Lead and inspire the sales office team of 3 reservationists and 3 wedding, meeting and events executives
- Craft captivating proposals and contracts
- Provide all training and development within the team
- Maintain regular contact with past clients and enquiries to generate new business opportunities
- Support the team as required on all large enquiries and pieces of business
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in a hotel sales office managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent in forming relationships with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Working knowledge of Opera would be ideal.
