Seeking a self-confident, energised and enthusiastic Sales Manager for a branded hotel in East London. Comprising of 180+ bedrooms, 3 small meeting and event rooms, bar and restaurant. As the Sales Manager you will work closely with the General Manager and Area Director of Sales to determine appropriate sales strategies in key market segments maximizing all opportunity supporting revenue objectives. We are looking for someone who has experience in driving new and existing business opportunities primarily through group, corporate and airport segments. |
Sales Manager Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience
Location: East London
Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
· Work towards sales targets, networking with corporate clients, TMCs, ES Agents, local associations and networking groups · Observe the local and wider domestic market, identify trends and monitor competitor activity. · Manages key accounts and oversee the account management of all of the contracted accounts across multiple market segments, aiming to maximize sales activities and driving a sales culture on property. · Develop and implement strategies by segment and relevant distribution channels · Works with the revenue team to set sales strategies and drive commercial action · Present and contribute during monthly owner’s and budget meetings on key actions undertaken · Create and develop a robust sales plan for the property with key internal stakeholders · Develops, monitors and adjusts sales, groups strategies as required based on business needs · Working with the Marketing team to put together promotions during low demand period, value add promotions and event periods. The role of Sales Manager will be ideal for someone who has proactive sales experience within a branded hotel environment. You will have experience driving sales within groups, corporate and airport business. You will be focused on developing your sales experience and aiming to become a Director of Sales in the near future. |
