A new and truly fantastic Sales and Marketing Manager position is now available to join a stunningly beautiful and elegant hotel in Leicestershire.
As the hotels Sales and Marketing Manager, you will drive all new business opportunities within the MICE sector. You will be proactive generating new business within the local market as well as further afield on a national basis.
As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be able to stand on your own two feet, have bags of ideas and initiatives and have an outgoing and vibrant personality. Your personality and positivity will shine!
The Sales and Marketing Manager is ideally suited to someone in a similar position, driving all new MICE business opportunities on a national and local basis. This is a standalone role where you can manage your own diary. You will not be managing a team however will have a great relationship with the revenue manager and reactive sales and events team.
The position of Sales and Marketing Manager is a wonderful opportunity for someone to start as soon as possible. The basic salary is open to experience circa £55,000 – £60,000. A bonus structure will be agreed, of up to 15% of the basic salary, pension, clothing allowance, 20 holidays plus bank holidays.
