Seeking a Sales and Events Manager for a stunning venue in the heart of London.
Sales and Events Manager Basic Salary: £44,000 plus £6,000 bonus paid quarterly.

Main Responsibilities of the Sales and Events Manager:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on room hire, food and beverage, sundry items.
- Work closely with the marketing team on any local level marketing activities, driving awareness and new business opportunities.
- Proactively grow and develop relationships with prospective and existing key accounts.
- Produce detailed business reports and areas for additional revenue opportunities.
- Effective management of the online social media channels.
- Attend organised events and showcases to engage with event bookers. E.g. open days, exhibitions, displays etc.
- Create quality proposals for clients – corporate, private and social.
- Oversee and manage invoicing and payment for the events.
- To win and retain business and to promote awareness of all facilities and services available.
- Manage, motivate, support, drive, provide guidance and develop the onsite sales team of two people.
The role of Sales and Events Manager is a perfect role for someone in a similar role now who is building a pipeline of new business. Applicants will be considered if you have either worked in an event venue or a hotel with a large event offering. You will have excellent communication skills, have a natural flair for developing relationships, be self-driven and be enthusiastic and outgoing.
