Sales Administrator – Contract Catering
Location: London, N3 (Close to Finchley Tube, Limited On-Site Parking)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, based at HQ (8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm). Options for Hybrid working once probation period complete.

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for communication management with various clients, ensuring that their digital requirements are met and impeccably installed. You will work with notable clients within the B&I, Stadia and Healthcare contract catering sector.
Role overview: As a Sales Administrator, you will manage client requests via calls and emails, provide quotes (full training provided) and handle a high volume of email enquiries (c100 per day). Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless communication within the team and client base. This position involves a significant amount of administrative work, with a baseline understanding of technical equipment, as full technical training will be provided. You will work closely with and support the Commercial Director with relationship management. This is an environment for someone who has a strong work ethic, with the desire to learn, develop and be a key part of a dynamic, growing organisation.
Sales Administrator Key responsibilities:
* Efficiently manage client requests and expectations on digital projects
* Handle a high volume of enquiries daily, ensuring prompt and professional responses
* Maintain and manage Outlook effectively
* Utilise basic Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for various tasks
* Learn and become proficient in an online package used for project management
* Conduct administrative tasks and make client calls
* Participate in client visits and site walk-arounds to understand digital requirements
* Attend 6-8 events per year to showcase the companies offering
Qualifications:
* Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Highly efficient with volume workload management
* Ability to pick up and learn new online packages quickly
* Basic technical understanding (e.g., AV, cables, digital screens, printers)
* Catering background preferred, given the client base
