Resort Manager Maldives

Our client, a prestigious collection of luxury and innovative hotels and resorts based in the Indian Ocean, is seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Italian speaking Resort Manager in the Maldives.
Resort Manager Salary: $5,000 – £6,000 net per month

Resort Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all resort operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
* Lead and manage a diverse team, providing training, support, and motivation to achieve excellence.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and optimize resort performance.
* Maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and local partners.
* Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational costs effectively.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Resort Manager Requirements:
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
* Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
