Are you an experienced operator with a passion for excellence in state school catering? My client, a leading provider catering to state schools, is looking to employ an Operations Manager with a commitment to delivering nutritious meals and exceptional service across the Midlands – Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Solihull & Coventry areas, with flexibility to travel to Worcester
As Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for 50-60 schools, with 4 Operatins Managers reporting into you, who you will mentor day to day, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
– Full financial accountability – £5mil turnover
– Implementing annual price increases with support
– Building and nurturing client relationships
– Providing mentorship and guidance to the area manager, fostering their development into an operations role
– Leveraging your experience and understanding of state education catering to drive excellence
Operations Manager Experience and Skills Requirements:
– Established operator with state school catering experience, having had responsibility for a minimum of 30 schools
– Strong team leadership and mentorship skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Full UK driving license with willingness to travel within designated areas
