This established independent contract venue company are looking to recruit a Regional Managing Director to support their client retention and continued growth within the Venue and Stadia Contract Catering sector.
As Regional Managing Director, you will report in to the Managing Director of Venues. You will take direct responsibility for a number of key venues with c£48m contract value. You will be accountable for the leadership and development of 3-4 Operations Directors across the North and Midlands.
This is a company with an excellent reputation in the marketplace and one known for personal service, fresh food and a hugely passionate team. The ideal Regional Managing Director joining this team must be:
Currently operating at Senior Operations Director level or Regional Managing Director level within Venue, Stadia or B&I Contract Catering
A strategist with experience in stepping back from the day to day to focus on special projects and continuous improvement
Experienced in nurturing and developing talent with an established, self-sufficient team of Operations Directors
Motivational, gain natural follow-ship
Driven by client relationships, exemplary service and fresh and innovative food offers
Strong financially with commercial acumen
Non-corporate in their style with a creative flair and eye for detail
This company operate predominantly within the large venue sector and work with clients where there is a genuine desire to offer an outstanding catering offer. They have many long-standing clients, which are maintained through dedicated relationship management.
