Job Description
A unique opportunity has arisen to join a family-owned business that prides itself on delivering a world class service to its clients by way of premium cleaning services to sites which include prestigious hotels, sports stadia and events venues as their Payroll and Accounts Manager. This role reports directly to the Head of HR and Finance Director.
This is a key role with responsibility for the payroll for 4500 employees across the business.
Role / Responsibilities as Payroll and accounts Manager include:
- Complete payroll ( 2 x payrolls: 1 x monthly salaries paid on end of month and 1 x monthly hourly paid)
- Oversee the smooth running of the HRP System (Fourth Hospitality) (super user level)
- Provide system administration including HR and labour productivity modules
- Complete weekly billing / invoicing – ensuring all hours are billed
- Supporting the business in the day to day system administration
- Ensure the systems are stable, performing as expected, and configured to optimum effect
- Resolve issues raised by system users
- Provide weekly management data and analytic reports
- Provide trends and analysis insights
- Payroll and accounts manager proven experience.
- Support with Gender Pay Gap reporting and TUPE data as required
- Complete monthly business surveys for ONS
- Complete audits as required
- Ensure business compliance through reporting

Payroll and Accounts Manager must be:
- Experienced in payroll / Finance xero
- Computer / Tech savvy able to get to grips with new systems easily
- Strong excel capabilities
- Analytical ability / mind set
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Fourth Labour Productivity, HR & Payroll Modules
- Experience using the Fourth reports and Fourth analytics to create business information and drive strategy
