Job Description
Pastry chef, £32k + overtime based in Covent Garden
Working under the head pastry chef in a oiverall team of around 14 chefs. You will be sharing responsible for all pastry menus , stock, ordering etc. and development and training of the other chefs who take an interest in pastry.
catering for a busy banqueting kitchen, brasserie restaurant and the elegant fine dining restaurant that includes afternoon teas providing traditional British cuisine to a highest standard. You work opposite each other but work through service together.
Week one: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm…..Week Two : Monday to Friday 1pm-10pm/10;30pm
Weekends off / Tips & Bonus / 40 hour contract- overtime paid after this
Holidays are: Bank holidays off, Closed three weeks in August.
Christmas off : Closed between last Friday lunch time before xmas December- and back around the 3rd/ 4th January. Closed for Easter also. 3 weeks off in the summer- August

Meals on duty, 3 times daily, Uniform
