Job Description
Our client is looking for a pastry chef de partie to join a very successful brigade of chefs and become part of the family whilst working within this very prestigious historical society in the heart of London.
As the pastry chef de partie catering for a busy banqueting kitchen that provides traditional British cuisine to a Michelin Star standard, you will be working within the traditional restaurant . You will be catering for events on a day to day basis which could range from canapes to sit down dinners as the pastry chef de partie alongside the head pastry and a commis pastry chef
The pastry chef de partie generally work the hours predominantly mon-fri 8am-4pm,but are expected to work maybe one-in -three Saturdays. On average two evenings a week is paid overtime. closed 2 weeks at xmas and 4 weeks holiday in August . Holiday is around 40 days a year. £34k for a pastry chef de partie chef with very generous bonus and overtime available.
