Job Description
Our client is looking for a chef de partie pastry to work within this very prestigious Private Members Gentleman’s Club based in Covent Garden. This role is working Monday to Friday and is closed for bank holidays, working 8am-3pm or 12 noon until 10pm.
You will be working with the head pastry chef running the pastry department within a team of 12 chefs and you will have the opportunity to express yourself through your food and show your creative skills . The chef de partie pastry will be catering for a busy banqueting kitchen, brasserie restaurant and the elegant fine dining restaurant that includes afternoon teas providing traditional British cuisine to a Michelin Star standard. Ideally as a chef de partie pastry chef you will have some or similar experience. You may be looking for a step up to a chef de partie pastry from a demi chef or an existing demi chef looking for new and existing challenges.
-40 hour contract
-working straight day shifts .

Yes that is correct, CDP level, we would consider lower as well, as long as they have the drive and ambition to really progress & learn alongside our team.
Salary wise £27.5k
- 45 Hour straight shifts No doubles
- Meals on duty, 3 times daily
- Good private pension held with legal & General PMC Multi Asset3
- Bonuses; c£3000 made up of 3 parts during the year tips
