We are recruiting on behalf of an established and respected contract caterer, who operate within high profile Business & Industry contracts.
Due to new contract wins and increased business, they are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Area Operations Manager. You will oversee the management of 10-14 of their highest profile contracts across the Surrey/Sussex area.
A proven Area Manager, it is essential that you have an in-depth understand of high profile multi-site management within contract catering. To succeed in this role you will need to have:
* An understanding of multi-site contract catering operations within the B&I sector
* A strong work ethic and a genuinely enthusiastic manner
* The ability to forge excellent relationships with your clients and colleagues
* A flair for food innovation and driving positive change
* Proven ability to direct, manage and motivate multiple teams, sharing your love of fresh food and exemplary service standards
* An overall passion for the hospitality industry
* Experience in managing multiple / complex contract catering budgets with high contract value
* Bags of personality!
