Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Multi-site coverage across central London (5-star hotels, private residences, and luxury venues)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000
Seeking a strategic, hands-on Operations Manager who will be responsible for leading the operational delivery of services across a portfolio of high-value client contracts. (5-star hotels, private residences and luxury venues). You will manage Area and Site Managers ensuring consistent performance, legal compliance, team engagement, and financial efficiency.
You will be a visible, hands-on leader with a strong decision-making capability, able to build relationships at all levels-internally and externally. This role requires a balanced approach combining on-site presence, back-office coordination, and strategic foresight.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of multi-site operational management in hospitality, luxury cleaning, or facilities management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, dispersed teams across a high-pressure, standards-driven environment.
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to manage complex budgets and reporting tools.
- Track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships at senior level.
- In-depth knowledge of H&S legislation and operational risk management practices.
- Confident in using HR and operational software (e.g. Fourth, Microsoft 365, auditing platforms).
- Full, clean, valid UK Driving Licence
Desirable
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (or IOSH Managing Safely as a minimum).
- Experience in luxury hospitality environments or 5-star hotel operations.
- Understanding of TUPE transfers and legal obligations during contract mobilisation.
