Seeking a talented and motivated Operations Manager to join an esteemed lifestyle hotel located in Hertfordshire.

Operations Manager basic salary: Up to £60,000

With over 110 luxurious bedrooms, extensive meeting and events spaces, state-of-the-art wellness facilities, and multiple food and beverage outlets, this hotel is a beacon of sophistication and comfort.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery across all departments.

Your responsibilities as Operations Manager will include:

  • Managing and supervising the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and other operational departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring staff members to uphold service standards and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Monitoring guest feedback and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborating with department heads to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and guest experiences.
  • Overseeing inventory management, procurement, and cost control initiatives to maximize profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in hotel operations.
