Operations Manager- South East- £65,000- £66,000 plus 20% Bonus
We are delighted to be recruiting for an Operations Manager for this High level branded Restaurant concept.
The primary focus of the Operations Manager is to be accountable for the effective and profitable running of 8 sites across the South East within the brand by ensuring their GMs take full accountability for their restaurants.
* Salary- £65,000 to £66,000
* Bonus of 20% of salary

The role of Operations Manager:
Looking for a strategic experienced Operations Manager whom has at least two years Branded casual dining operations, and whom is passionate about food and service.
Having proven Branded Restaurant experience is also key. Being a presence during busy periods of the weekend ongoing support of your team is key.
The Operations Manager position is a ‘hands on’ role and will require restaurant shifts and hours of work, so the ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation
As Operations Manager within the Brand you will be commercially driven with a well-developed understanding of figures, margins and ensuring profitability and team engagement even in ever changing and challenging of times.
This role reports directly into the Operations Director.
Operations Manager -Experience required:
* Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role/ Multi-site Operational role with at least 8 sites
* Track record in Revenue Management, Budgeting, P&L and Forecasting
* Branded Casual dining Restaurant experience
* Motivating and managing teams, resources, and networks
* In-depth knowledge of London hospitality market, ideally premium service
* Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
