This is a great opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a great food and beverage led hotel in Wiltshire.
As Operations Manager, you will support the General Manager leading the day-to-day hotel operations. You will ensure costs are controlled and results are analysed regularly to highlight any problem areas and take appropriate action.
As Operations Manager, you will ensure all hotel SOP’s, risk assessments and training are carried out, reviewed, updated and recorded. Establish and promote an environment, which encourages input, initiative and creative approaches through coaching, review, target setting, feedback and team area ownership.
As Operations Manager, you will ensure that the hotel operates effectively on a day-to-day basis, in line with company standards, and that the appearance of the hotel creates a professional impression to guests and employees. Understand and lead the hotel health & safety and environmental plan in line with company policy, keeping yourself up to date on all legislative changes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing hotel Operations Manager or Duty Manager, who is aiming to become a hotel General Manager. You will have an understanding of hotel profit and loss accounts. Be able to deliver budgeted profit in all departments with responsibility through effective revenue gain and cost efficiency. Be a strong leader who can deliver a positive and initiative hotel team who are happy and want to come to work.
