Job Description
Seeking a Key Account Manager to collaborate closely with leading restaurant franchisees.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS FULLY REMOTE WORKING FROM HOME BASED IN EITHER MILAN OR VIENNA.
CANDIDATES MUST BE PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH, GERMAN AND ITALIAN.
Basic Salary: Up to £70,000 depending on experience – Fully remote
Overview of Key Account Manager:
- You will be part of a team of 4 who all work remotely in either Milan or Vienna managing up to 100 clients with multiple franchise accounts.
- You will be client facing engaging with senior client personnel to discuss pricing strategies and data driven insights and actionable pricing and business recommendations to boost profitability.
- You will explore the factors influencing consumer purchase decisions at the store, category, and item levels.
- Collaborate with your team to create reports, presentations and analyses.
- Provide ongoing support with general queries and ad hoc pricing requests to franchisee clients.
- Conduct regular meetings with franchisees to ensure their understanding and adherence to proposed revenue management strategies
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in English, German and Italian.
- 5 Years’ Experience preferably in key account management or client success management.
- Proficiency in the use of a range of management information systems including Excel and Powerpoint.
- Outstanding written and presentation skills with excellent communication at all levels.
- Proven commercial and business acumen demonstrated through compelling client interactions, adept storytelling, and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills to successfully manage multiple deadlines.
PREFERRED:
3-5 years of experience in the hospitality or retail industry, preferably in key account management.
