Junior Sous Chef, £33k+ £2k bonus,
Our client is recruiting for a junior sous chef work in a very established private members club. Offering a wide variety of cooking including the brasserie, events and fine dining restaurants. Progression is a real opportunity for this junior sous chef.
Working Monday to Friday only!
We expect the junior sous chef to deliver a high standard of food at all times. As the junior sous chef you will be working closely with the head chef developing the cdps’ & Demi & Commis Chefs etc

Ideally you will:
Demonstrable experience working as a junior sous chef in a 5* establishment (or similar)
Experience and desire to cook different styles of cuisine
Level 2 Food Hygiene certified
