Job Title: Internal Conference and Events Manager
Location: Central London – Hybrid working – 35 hours per week between 8am and 6pm. Working in the office a minimum of 6 days per month as well as attending events when required.
Internal Conference and Events Manager Basic Salary: £37,390 – £43,500

This is a fast-paced office-based role, managing the planning and logistics of a range of high-profile governance events, membership and fellowship ceremonies, core college conferences, principal partner events and internal communications.
As the Internal Conference and Events Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overall management of events including large scale conferences
- Being one of the key points of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the planning process for college, governance and membership events
- Scheduling & resource management
- Management of event budgets
- Oversee project teams on-site
Ideal experience includes:
- Educated to degree level or an equivalent relevant business-related qualification.
- Proven experience of driving income through sales and sponsorship
- Working at a senior management level
- Marketing and publicity strategies for events.
- Successful financial management of an extensive events programme.
- Negotiating with suppliers.
- Networking within a professional, preferably medical, environment.
