Head chef roles like this don’t come around very often, this prestigious site in the heart of Cumbria only a few miles from Kendal needs Head chef with an amazing background at this level with contract catering and high level food establishment’s to put this site on the map.
This stunning staff venue that caters for over 3000 meals per day over this multi outlets facility, open 7 days per week. A fantastic opportunity for an existing Head chef or a small step up into a Head chef role to bring creativity and innovation to the offer, as Head chef you will bring a massive amount of contract catering experience to this role and the highest food level along with it.
Not to be under estimated with role as Head chef will need someone with the ability to really take the food forward and to be able to grow and develop with the role, due to the operation being 7 days there will need to be flexibility with shifts patterns, you will need to be a driver with own transport due to location as well as a real foodie, plus experience of large numbers and volume is essential to the success of this role.
Offering a salary of £35,000
Need strong British National, have been living in UK for minimum 5 years, due to the site’s high security requirements
