Job Description
An exciting role for a Group Marketing Manager to join a collection of unique event venues, B&I sites, restaurants, bars and visitor attractions in London.
Basic salary circa £45,000 – £50,000, 25 annual days off work plus bank holidays, travel paid for when travelling in between venues, meals onsite, laptop and phone.
Location – London
Overall objectives:
- To help develop and grow the brand awareness.
- To market the venues within the venue portfolio as private, wedding, filming, and corporate events spaces
- To advertise and market the contract catering offer on behalf of their B&I clients
- Manage and lead two Marketing executives
Specific Responsibilities:
- Take photos at events and venues as and when required.
- Update the company websites and online social media platforms.
- Support in organisation of collateral for trade shows and venue showcases.
- Manage database, image library and other marketing assets.
- Create and deliver marketing plans for the year.
Specific Responsibilities – venues:
- Create, and deliver the marketing plan for each venue
- Design of all marketing literature and collateral
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns in Dot Digital
- Plan and implement marketing activities to promote each venue.
- Create ideas, concepts and copy for blogs and e-shots for the venues within the portfolio.
Specific Responsibilities – Commercial Sites:
- Create, and deliver the marketing plan for each of the commercial sites.
- Design and site map new websites, update websites and online media
- Design of all marketing literature and collateral
- Plan and implement marketing activities to promote each site.
- Creation and design of all menus, and branding for new commercial sites
Specific Responsibilities – B&I:
- Create the marketing calendars for each B&I site.
- Creation of marketing material as directed by the clients.
- Create marketing materials when required using Canva.
- Design QR Codes and Surveys for feedback on B&I Sites
Specific Responsibilities – social media:
- Manage and update all managed social media sites.
- Regularly monitor customer feedback and produce a suitable action plan based on the results.
- Reactively know a good story and opportunity and maximise it using the best type of content, with distribution through the appropriate channels
- Use tools such as Hootsuite, Loomly and Google Analytics to monitor and report on social media activity.
- Increase brand awareness and engagement of the social channels.
- Review the social media campaigns and provide regular updates on these, making sure we can track the ROI and expenditure.
- Provide monthly reports for the client review meetings.
