Group Manager Croydon & Bromley £38K + 45p per business mile
Our client is an established and respected independent contract caterer, operating across a diverse mixture of Business and Industry and Education contracts.
We are looking to recruit a Group Manager for multi-site education management, based in and around the Croydon/Bromley area who will be responsible for the day to day kitchen activities of up to 25 state schools. Their catering teams provide fresh, seasonal ingredients into nutritious home-cooked meals, supporting healthier lifestyles within education.
It is essential that you have:
- A strong work ethic and a genuinely enthusiastic manner
- The ability to forge excellent relationships with your clients and teams
- A flair for food innovation and driving positive change
- Proven ability to direct, manage and motivate multiple teams within contract catering (ideally education)
- A genuine love of fresh food and quality service – ideally craft-trained
- An overall passion for the hospitality industry
- Experience in managing multiple budgets
- Experience at a strategic level, whilst still remaining hands on and close to the face of the business
- A strong history of client retention
You will need your own car and would be paid business mileage rates (45p per mile) to travel between site.
