An exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Manager Operations, to lead the team at a flagship site. The successful General Manager operations, will be a naturally confident leader, with senior management experience to inspire large operational teams to deliver results and must have a minimum 5 years’ experience at F&B senior level.
General Manager Operations responsibilities:
Accountability:
Full responsibility for managing a top-tier food and beverage operation that aligns with the venue’s ambitions and brand standards.
Leadership:
Seeking a dynamic senior hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, experience in food and beverage delivery, and a passion for innovation.
Guest Experience:
Focus on delivering an exceptional food and guest experience, ensuring consistency in quality and continuous improvement.
Team Management:
Responsible for leading, developing, and retaining a well-trained team, both permanent and temporary.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the senior leadership team to align with the venue’s brand vision, values, and processes, and to develop and implement the food and beverage strategy.
Innovation:
Drive change and continually evolve the guest experience, not just maintain the status quo.
Commercial Accountability:
Manage forecasts, budgets, and operating costs, and analyze key performance data to identify growth opportunities.
Partnership:
Collaborate with the wider company to support teams to enhance the guest experience and maximize commercial benefits for all partners.
