Seeking a General Manager for a beautiful Manor House in Hampshire. This hotel offers something truly unique. With stunning food, luxurious spa treatments, individually designed boutique rooms, suites, and function spaces. This Manor combines old house charm with a contemporary electric twist.
As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the management of the hotel. Ensuring the hotel achieves and maintains high levels of professionalism, customer service, staff moral and profitability.
As General Manager, you will lead by example and be hands on. Ensuring smooth running across the hotel. You will maximize revenue through focused upselling; produce detailed forecasts and business plans and lead the commercial weekly meetings.
