Seeking a General Manager to join a Tourist Attraction in Surrey.

General Manager basic salary: £40,000 – £45,000

Working 5 days out of 7, either 8am – 16.30 OR 10am – 18.00 – NO EVENINGS

** If successful a DBS check will be required **

General Manager Key Responsibilities:

As General Manager you will be responsible for a team of 12 – 40 people depending on the time of year. You will hold regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure you and the team are exceeding their food and service expectations. You will lead, develop and manage the team across a busy café and several outdoor food kiosks.

Ideal Candidate:

You will have proven experience managing teams within contract catering, restaurant or retail outlet, visitor attraction or large seasonal venue. You will have the responsibility of managing a large commercial turnover of up to £4 million per year.
