Job Description
Seeking a General Manager to join a stunning hotel in the New Forest with forty bedrooms, four large function rooms, restaurant and bar.
As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the management of the hotel. Ensuring the hotel achieves and maintains high levels of professionalism, customer service, staff moral and profitability.
As General Manager, you will lead by example and be hands on. Ensuring smooth running across the hotel. You will maximize the room yield through focused upselling; produce detailed forecasts for the hotel’s weekly business meetings with the Managing Director and Finance Director.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently General Manager of a small hotel or restaurant/pub with bedrooms. Alternatively a strong Duty Manager or Operations Manager in a hotel, restaurant or pub ready for your next career move.
