Job Description
Stunning Mediterranean restaurant concept based near to Chester, is seeking a dynamic and driven General Manager for their new opening, this site will be the flagship of the company with expected turnover to be around £50k per week, so it will be key that you are an established General Manager within a similar or Branded restaurant environment at this level.
This newly created role will be supported by a great team of 15 that includes a deputy GM and two Deputy Managers whom are keen to grow the business to ensure they are number one in the area and also within the overall brand.
This will be a busy site with a daily increasing turnover requires their General Manager to be highly experienced ideally within a branded restaurant environment at this level and some new openings experience would be advantageous, plus having the ability to work with an established company and brand.
Offering an excellent starting salary of £40-45k plus bonus, equalling around £8k pa.
Straight shifts over 7 days (5/7 contract)
