Food and Beverage Manager basic salary: Up to £50,000
Location: Hertfordshire
This upscale lifestyle hotel boasts over 120 beautifully appointed bedrooms, extensive meeting and events rooms, state of the art wellness facilities, and multiple food and beverage outlets.
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dining establishments and beverage operations.
Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the quality of our food and beverage offerings.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising a team of talented staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction through attentive and personalized care.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to design menus that showcase creativity, quality, and seasonal ingredients.
- Managing inventory, budgets, and financial performance to achieve revenue targets and control costs.
- Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
