Our client, a luxury boutique hotel nestled in the picturesque Lake District, is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Food and Beverage Manager. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, possess strong leadership skills, and be dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Food and Beverage Manager Key Responsibilities:

* Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, inspire, and motivate the food and beverage team to achieve excellence in service.
Establish and enforce high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

* Menu Development & Planning:
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef on menu creation, ensuring a diverse and high-quality dining experience.
Assist with forward planning and strategic development of the food and beverage department.

* Guest Experience:
Ensure guests receive an unforgettable dining experience, maintaining the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service.
Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

* Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the 3AA Rosette restaurant and all-day dining, including afternoon tea and alfresco dining.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food and beverage budgets effectively.

* Training & Development:
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team to enhance their skills and performance.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, share feedback, and promote a positive working environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
– Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant setting.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Passionate about food and knowledgeable about current culinary trends.
– Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
– Willingness to live in or relocate to the Lake District.
