Seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to join a unique five star hotel in the heart of the highlands, Perthshire, Scotland. This luxury hotel is part of a global portfolio of hotels who are dynamic and innovative. You will be working with a group of forward thinking people who live with integrity, pursue excellence, are dedicated to growth and hold real relationships with their employees and extended teams family.
As Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead from the front, drive forward an unforgettable guest journey, inspire and motivate the team to succeed in everything they do. You will have strong leadership skills, be really hands on and be able to put in place standards and processes. Working closely with the Executive chef on menu creation and forward planning.
The hotel has a 3AA Rosette restaurant, brasserie and lounge bar. Alfresco dining overlooking breath-taking surroundings. The food is truly fantastic with the team recently retaining the 3AA Rosette. The cellar holds an array of whiskies, fine wines and gins, which need drinking! Therefore, if you have knowledge and passion for fine wines and beverages you will be in heaven working with the sommelier creating tantalizing drink menus.
The role of Food and Beverage Manager will suit someone from either a hotel or a restaurant background. The hotel has a great General Manager who has recently joined from a luxury five star hotel background who will support and development you.
Accommodation can be provided if you are relocating; a basic salary is on offer of £40,000, service charge of approximately £3,000 PA, management bonus scheme, 28 holidays and pension.
