Executive Chef
Salary – Up to £60k + Benefits
Location – Amersham
I’m currently working with a growing, forward-thinking organisation that’s on the lookout for an Executive Chef to join their senior team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef who’s ready to take a step up into a broader leadership role.
The Role:
- You’ll initially oversee 3 sites in the education sector as well as a purpose-built cookery school based at Head Office.
- The cookery school is used for staff training and client experiences-so creativity, presentation, and people skills are key.
- With plans to increase the business over the next 12 months, there’s huge scope to grow with the business.
What They’re Looking For:
- A confident Executive Chef or strong Senior Head Chef with multi-site or volume experience
- Someone who’s passionate about team development, standards, and driving consistency
- Ideally based within 45 minutes of Amersham-this is a hands-on role, not a desk job
- Experience in education or contract catering is a plus, but not essential
