A great opportunity for a Director of Sales to join a stylish hotel in the cosmopolitan heart of London. You will be joining the leading and fastest growing hotel management company, operating in London and across Europe. You will be the face and name of the hotel in London living the brand and values of the hotel management company.
Director of Sales Salary – £60,000 with a little room for negotiation for the right person
Director of Sales Benefits – 20% bonus, 28 annual days off inclusive of bank holidays, manage your own diary and flexibility to work from home
The role of Director of Sales –
- On property you will be supported by a Sales Manager, Groups Executive and Social Events Executive
- Off property support from the brands sales force for managing key accounts
- Your focus is to develop and execute the hotels annual sales plan
- Be 100% proactive with the support from the on property reactive team
- Your focus is holistic, rooms, F&B up sales, groups and events
- 80% focus towards key national, group (Business, Leisure & Wholesale) and local corporate sales
- Revenue is circa £5-£6M combined for the year for target segments
The idea skills required of the Director of Sales –
- You will demonstrate a strong sales career
- You will be an up and coming Director of Sales now or Assistant Director of Sales
- You will have your own client base and be able to demonstrate how you have achieved KPI’s and how you have managed your accounts
- Ideally you will have International Branded Hotel experience and within ideally a franchised environment where you are championing the owners point of view whilst ensuring the brand delivers ROI
