Deputy General Manager Remuneration and Benefits:
* £45k annual salary

Our client, a food-focussed contract caterer, has recently won a contract in Kent, a beautiful location with retail, catering and events. A Deputy General Manager to assist in the driving of operational enhancement together with consistent service though effective team leadership.
The Deputy General Manager will support the General Manager in achieving the following key result areas:
* Hygiene, Health & Safety
* Food Preparation and Production
* People Management and Development
* Customer Service
* Financial Performance
* Team Effectiveness
Key performance will be based on achievement of annual budget, customer satisfaction scores, low staff turnover, client appraisals, EHO/ Consultant Audit Scores and Contract Profitability.
The successful Deputy General Manager will be an outstanding communicator at all levels, have good commercial judgement with innovative ideas, and be a motivational leader.
The operation runs seven days a week, and so you will work 5 of 7 days, including some weekends.
