Stunning Mediterranean restaurant concept based near to Blackburn, is seeking a dynamic and driven deputy General Manager to be key in the support to the established GM to enable them to grow other areas of the business on and off site.
This newly created role will be supported by a great team of 10 that includes two Deputy Managers whom are keen to grow the business to ensure they are number one in the area and also within the overall brand.
A busy site with a daily increasing turnover requires their DGM to be experienced ideally within a branded restaurant environment at this level plus have the ability to work with an established team whom will need support and professional direction going forward.
Offering an excellent starting salary of £28,000 plus bonus, equalling around £5k pa.
