This is a great opportunity for a Cluster General Manager to join a fast and dynamic group of hotels across the UK.
The Cluster General Manager will be responsible for two hotels in Wiltshire with a combined bedroom stock of 147 with an expansion due which will increase the inventory up to 180 bedrooms. Both hotels have various F&B operations including 100 cover restaurants in each hotel. As well as various M&E rooms with the largest events room catering for up to 250 people. Both hotels are in such a great location and are equally led by corporate, MICE and leisure business.
As Cluster General Manager, you will split your time between both properties having the support from the Operations Manager. You will have strong leadership skills and have experience in a cluster role. Previous experience in project management would be ideal as well as branded hotel experience. You will be responsible for all aspects of running a commercially successful business and be responsible for the P&L and driving standards and customer service throughout the team.
