We are recruiting for a passionate and friendly Chef Manager to work at an independent school in Kent near Sidcup.

As the chef manager you will be running a small team , be very much hands on with your craft skills, be flexible in their approach and able to work from their own initiative, in a team environment.
Food based on high street trends and is cooked daily using fresh ingredients. We provide the school with relevant, seasonal and nutritionally balanced menus with flare and imagination. The focus is on serving hearty, well balanced meals for children and staff driven by the chef manager.
Ideally the chef manager candidate will have a can do attitude; be organised and flexible with a passion to try new ideas. Experience working as a Chef Manager would be preferable but not essential.
Ideally you will :
– Have experience of being a Chef Manager-References and DBS check required.
-Good food knowledge and skills -Excellent communication skills essential
