Job Description
We are currently looking for a Chef Manager to lead a team of 7 that includes a sous chef, kp and 4 general assistants within a beautifull kitchen at a very prestigious B&I unit based next to Euston Station. Catering for around 150 main meals a day.
Working Monday to Friday, closed bank holidays. 8am-4pm
You will be working for a busy contract catering company who expect the highest standards. You will be providing catering services for the daily breakfast and lunch service in the staff restaurant kitchens This role will suit a person who is looking to come into the B&I sector as a chef manager or somebody who is moving across as a chef manager from education.
A Chef Manager who has had the exposure previously and somebody who is capable of planning the menus with an eye on what is happening on the high St. A commercial background would be an advantage.
