Job Description
Our client is currently looking for a chef de partie to work in the banqueting kitchen within a prestigious place to work close by to Holborn and the Strand
This role has the luxury of working Monday to Friday straight shifts 8am-4pm or 1pm-9pm with the opportunity for overtime outside of this and the occasional weekend Our client is passionate about what they do and have a reputation for valuing and investing in their people hence why this chef de patie is vital to the team
As the chef de partie you will be working under the head chef in an overall team of 20+ chefs providing the banqueting to a very high standard on a daily basis. For this role, the chef de partie will have excellent presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and bags of enthusiasm.
Previous chef de partie level experience is required and will suit somebody looking for a new challenge.
Basic Salary of £31,824
Overtime is available after 40 hours

Closed for August, Easter and Christmas- around 45 days holiday a year
