Job Description
Pastry chef de partie required to work alongsider the head pastry chef catering for a busy banqueting kitchen, brasserie restaurant and the elegant fine dining restaurant that includes afternoon teas providing traditional British cuisine to a highest standard. A pastry chef de partie working alongside the head pastry chef, you work opposite each other but work through service together. Week one: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm…..Week Two : Monday to Friday 12- 9pm or 1pm-10pm/10;30pm
- The pastry chef de partie will be working ina team of around 14 chefs in total with 2 in the pastry and development and training of the other chefs who take an interest in pastry.
The Role for the pastry chef de partie:
- Pastry chef de partie, £32k + Tronc+ Bonus + overtime after 40 hours. Package is around £35k / £36k
- straight shifts No doubles
- Meals on duty, 3 times daily
- Uniform provided
- Monday to Friday – closed weekends
- Good private pension held with legal & General
- Closed for : Bank holidays – Closed three weeks in August.
Closed for Christmas and new year, Closed for Easter.
