Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations to maintain high standards
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
- Developing seasonal menus in collaboration with management
- Leading and mentoring kitchen staff to drive performance
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Managing stock levels, ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste
- Assisting with special events and catering services
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Passion for food, creativity in the kitchen, and attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Relevant culinary qualifications (preferred but not essential)
